App cost me 5k, does not show everything

No body has contacted me

I am older; hard to do with sore neck- car was just a fender bender so shouldnt have to take all these photos and video.

Simple,quick,and easy to understand so i could get claim submitted in a timely manner thank you so much guys.

First time use froze up

1. Camera doesnt work right on oneplus 6t 2. Won't let you take photos without internet despite the fact that it doesnt upload until they're all completed, maybe my vehicle is far away from the wifi? 3. On submission it keeps uploading half and then says "try again when you have internet" except my phone is on a desk 10 feet from a wireless router untouched, how does it not have internet? 4. The tutorial video is aggravating, don't need to watch him walk around his car

Terrible app... asks for sign in information but was never given any and it wont let me create an account .... definitely not user friendly. And I'm not tech retarded either.

pathetic app. keeps asking for permissions even when all permissions are all permitted.

Is Easy. easy easy and Fast only follow directions That's it.

nice and easy.. i just used it under 10mins. all the 1star reviews all b'cos u can't load the photos already in ur phone? smh well duh maybe its cos of insurance scammers? great app! from urs truely
